Job summary

Muzz is seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to own the creative output across Europe. You will lead regional design efforts, translate business goals into compelling campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with global standards.

You will mentor designers, balance resources, and help shape the creative system for regional storytelling. This role combines hands-on design with leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative, advertising, brand, design or related field with leadership exposure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and execution across marketing channels.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns from concept to final execution.
• Strong understanding of brand building and translating objectives into creative work.
• Hands-on creative skills to develop concepts, narratives and bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative output for Muzz across Europe and marketing channels.
• Concept, ideate and develop regional storytelling.
• Translate objectives into clear creative strategies and executions.
• Provide creative support to regional marketing teams to achieve objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop regional designers and creatives.
• Ensure consistently high standards and brand alignment across output.
