Job Summary:

We seek a passionate designer with a love for science, education, and data visualization. Your experience and skills should enable you to create compelling designs, from typography to technical graphics, in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for medical education materials across digital and print channels, including scientific publications, presentations, and posters.
• Respond to creative briefs with effective solutions and deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with creative, art, copywriting, and medical teams to translate client needs into design options.
• Participate in team discussions, provide input on design strategies, and suggest styles based on client goals and budgets.
• Present design concepts to senior staff for approval before client delivery.
• Design scientific figures, data visualizations, and other graphic elements as needed.
• Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts and layouts.
• Partner with team members to ensure high standards in creative work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or communications environments.
• Experience designing graphics for scientific publications.
• Strong interest in science and scientific ideas.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of integrating design into Microsoft PowerPoint.
