Role Objectives:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the Breadfast Coffee brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Schedule projects and define budget constraints
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
6. Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Test graphics across various media
8. Amend designs after feedback
9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
10. Create new and original designs from scratch based on client specifications, needs, and brand image
11. Meet job deadlines, ensuring high-quality work
12. Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance productivity and allocations
13. Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and performance

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects)
• Ability to deliver creative and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
