We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead standout visual campaigns across print, packaging, and video. You’ll take creative ownership from concept to delivery, ensuring high standards and brand consistency throughout. This hands-on role includes mentoring a junior designer and shaping the visual direction of key projects. Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Lead the creation and execution of high-quality visual content across online and offline platforms, including product packaging, large-scale print, event materials, and digital assets.
- Develop and oversee compelling visual concepts to support brand campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Own the visual direction of projects from concept through to delivery; producing mock-ups, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and refining based on feedback.
- Take a lead role in the visual development of offline and online campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all touch points.
- Contribute graphic design elements to support motion graphics and video content; guide visual storytelling from storyboard to final production.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with the marketing manager, ensuring design standards are upheld across all teams and materials.
- Provide art direction and creative leadership across multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Mentor, support, and provide constructive feedback to junior designer, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and curate the digital media and asset library to ensure accessibility, organisation, and brand consistency.
- Oversee the development of core marketing assets such as brochures, datasheets, product instructions, and branded presentations.
- Provide creative input and leadership for ad hoc design requests, cross-functional projects, and new business opportunities.
Essential
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience creating brand assets for multi-channel campaigns, including social, web, print, and video
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong brand understanding with the ability to maintain and evolve brand identity consistently across all mediums
- Proven experience leading and delivering multiple design projects simultaneously, with excellent time and project management skills
- Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive, growth-oriented feedback
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional-grade work
- Proven experience in a design lead environment, ideally 5+ years
