We’re Millers Vanguard, the UK’s premier retail support company. We’re looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bury, GtrManchester.

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas, pixel-perfect execution, and creative energy to our in-house team. This role offers a dynamic environment that resembles a design agency – fast-paced, collaborative, and varied.

About the Role:

Working with the Creative Director / Head of Marketing, you’ll lead creative projects, delivering high-quality design and branding solutions that engage and inspire. Projects range from large reports to social media graphics, internal presentations, and event branding.

You’ll be involved in:

• Corporate reports and branded collateral
• Internal communications and staff engagement materials
• Presentations and pitch decks
• Exhibition and event graphics
• Brochures, social media content, and digital assets
• Maintaining and evolving brand identity
• Wayfinding and large-scale internal graphics
• Social media content creation
• Creative concepts, internal campaigns, and daily tasks
• Video and photo shoot art direction
• Using Maglr presentation software for interactive stories (training provided)

About You:

We seek a conceptual thinker with meticulous attention to detail and strong visual sensibility. You’re proactive, versatile, and thrive managing multiple projects in a creative environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 5–7 years of commercial graphic design experience
• A diverse portfolio of creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Understanding of branding and layout principles
• Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery independently or collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A portfolio demonstrating creative flair and technical precision
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus
