The role of the Senior Graphic Designer (Group Graphic and Digital Designer & Creative Lead) offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering the RNN Group marketing strategy by ensuring the Group successfully and creatively promotes the opportunities it offers to employers, potential students and the wider community.
Your role will include working on a multitude of campaigns across various Colleges and subsidiaries of the RNN Group. You will work in partnership across the whole organisation but in the main with colleagues in the marketing team which includes marketing officers and digital officers to produce a range of assets to support the promotion of the RNN Group.
Use your design and leadership skills to ensure the College design works reflects and promotes an outstanding organisation to students, staff, local companies, the community, applicants to the college, visitors and stakeholders in line with the College recruitment and reputation strategy.
You will create engaging designs which communicate the RNN Group’s vision and mission whilst upholding the brand guidelines to strengthen the brand.
You will report to the Group Marketing & Campaigns Manager, who will provide direction, while you plan and prioritise your day-to-day workload. You will work with the Marketing Manager & Campaigns and members of the marketing team to ensure projects are completed to agreed timescales. You will liaise with other Marketing Team members (including digital team members and marketing officers) and a range of other colleagues.
