About the role:

The Marketing team sits within the Strategy and Corporate Development function and sets strategic direction and implements marketing plans for Liquidity's business globally. The team is responsible for building and protecting our brand, making our investment capabilities the market's preferred choice, while analysing return on investment to evolve and inform future initiatives. This position will play a key role in supporting the execution of global high-impact brand and growth initiatives out of our UK office.

The primary focus of this role is to contribute to world-class design efforts that elevate the brand's presence and support cross-departmental needs. This role will involve creating a wide range of digital and print assets that align with our high standards and brand guidelines, while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver engaging and impactful visuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine digital and print assets (websites, presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, reports, event materials)
  • Develop and design presentations and pitch decks for leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain and uphold Liquidity Group's brand identity and visual style
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining designs
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and overall creative direction
  • Explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate visual storytelling

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a designer with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint), Monday and Google Slides
  • Expertise in design principles (color theory, typography, iconography, layout)
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage expectations, timelines, and multiple projects efficiently
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for creating compelling visual experiences
  • Ability to contribute to the development of style guides and design standards-An advantage
  • Innovative thinking to push the boundaries of visual communication in a corporate environment-An advantage
