We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be a hands-on creative with a zest for social content, a head overflowing with ideas, and the skills to bring them to life in multiple ways.

About the job

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the driving force behind the look and feel of our creative output for social, web, print and campaign content, including being part of idea generation and executing of our larger campaigns. You'll do this all while keeping our customers in mind, adapting styles and approaches to their needs and brand guidelines. You'll create content in the Adobe Creative Cloud and utilise AI-powered tools to enhance the process.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our commercial, social, PR and experiential teams and support the ongoing evolution of the Mongoose brand through design work bringing a collaborative spirit, supporting creative reviews and team brainstorms with confidence, whilst working closely with creative leads, project managers, and clients to interpret briefs and develop innovative experiential concepts.

About you

5+ years of design experience in a creative/content-focused role
Strong portfolio mix of social-first design, branding, and campaign work
Comfortable using Adobe AI tools to streamline and scale creativity e.g. Firefly
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro is welcome
Stay abreast of trends insocial, technology, and design informing and inspiring your work
Experience across sport, consumer, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
Versatile, proactive, always ready to try new tools and techniques
Attention to detail, keen eye for type, layout, and storytelling
Excellent comms and organisational skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to both internal teams and clients
Collaborative, proactive, and able to respond quickly to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment
25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after 2 years’ service (+ bank holidays)
