What You'll Do

1. Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
2. Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
3. Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
4. Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
5. Present work to clients and respond positively to feedback
6. Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, inspiring studio culture
8. Bring insight into the housing/property sector's audiences and trends
