Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust invites experienced GPs to join the Integrated Urgent Care Service (IUCS) in a salaried, permanent role with flexible hours and weekend work. The post includes senior clinical lead duties for CAS and a rota covering 24/7 operations, with enhanced out-of-hours pay as applicable.

We provide a consult-and-care model through NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services, with mixed remote and on-site collaboration across Gloucester and partner sites.

Qualificações

• GP qualification and GMC registration are required.
• Inclusion on the GP Performers List is essential.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development is expected.
• Satisfactory appraisal within the last 12 months is preferred.
• Experience as a GP in urgent care/out-of-hours setting is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, high-quality clinical care via telephone triage and video consultation.
• Manage acute and chronic presentations for adults and children.
• Deliver senior clinical assessment with guidance to colleagues.
• Support learners and non-medical staff with supervision and advice.
• Collaborate with primary care, community services and hospitals across pathways.
