Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred medical care through face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations.
• Assess, diagnose, investigate and manage acute and chronic conditions according to evidence-based practice.
• Prescribe safely and refer to secondary care when needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver safe, efficient and compassionate care.
• Contribute to QOF, enhanced services and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support development of practice services, governance, audits and training.
