Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in secondaries advisory, brokerage, or investment banking.
• Strong experience across GP-led private equity secondaries, including continuation vehicles.
• Proven track record of originating and executing transactions.
• Established network across GPs and secondaries investors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to help scale a growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Originating GP-led secondaries opportunities and developing senior relationships across the market.
• Leading transactions end-to-end, acting as the primary client contact throughout the process.
• Advising on transaction structuring, pricing, investor positioning, and governance.
• Managing investor engagement and coordinating with legal, tax, and other counterparties through execution.
• Identifying liquidity and capital solutions for clients.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the secondaries offering.
