Responsibilities

• Client-facing role with institutional investors.
• Conduct initial deal screening and origination work.
• Assist with secondaries market advisory including deal origination, analysis and execution.
• Perform industry and company related research for transactions and market research.
• Preparation of marketing materials for various deal types.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
