Job summary

Kent Local Medical Committee in the United Kingdom invites a GP to join as GP Clinical Lead under an Associate Partner Track within Maritime Health Partnership. This is a senior, hands-on clinical leadership role, not a desk-based position.

You will work alongside GPs, MDT clinicians and Partners, providing senior clinical oversight across Same Day Assessment, triage and incoming clinical workstreams, helping to identify pressures, risk and what needs to happen next.

• Oversee Same Day Assessment, triage and incoming clinical demand.
• Identify and mitigate clinical and operational risk.
• Support and supervise clinicians; take a meaningful share of the clinical workload.
• Work with Partners and senior operational leadership to improve flow and patient outcomes.
