The Pay & Reward Governance & Assurance team:
The Governance & Assurance team is small in size yet plays a significant role in the Pay & Reward team, within Shared Services.We collaborate closely with our Operations, Systems, Reporting and Change teams, to facilitate and support a robust control environment.This extends to building relationships with our Finance partners, Group Reward, Tax, HR, Pensions and Audit teams.The team need to be inquisitive to understand and identify areas of risk.We are empowered to prioritise remediation and improvement opportunities and have the directive to define and influence process design.
