Job summary

JUXT is hiring for an AI Product & Platform engineer to join the Tier 1 Bank’s CTO-led AI initiative. You will help design scalable backend services and AI-powered platforms using Golang, operating within microservices and cloud-native environments.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions, while mentoring peers and advancing engineering practices across code quality, testing, observability, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable backend services in production.
• Golang expertise with production-grade systems.
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered products and platforms using Golang.
• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs at enterprise scale.
• Build and enhance internal developer tools and reusable components.
• Partner with product, engineering and AI teams to productionize ideas.
• Contribute to cloud-native, microservices architectures.
• Drive code quality, testing, observability and CI/CD.
• Solve distributed systems challenges with focus on scalability and resilience.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing culture.
