Job summary

University of Oxford is seeking a Senior GMP Programme Manager to lead the GMP programme within the Pre-Clinical team. You will oversee GMP development and manufacturing activities, coordinate external CMOs and analytical labs, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across the translational pipeline.

The role requires a scientific degree, strong GMP/GxP experience, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree in a relevant subject with significant experience delivering scientific/technical projects in a regulated GMP/GxP environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP for IMPs and ability to manage external relationships.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget with excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GMP development and manufacturing activities for IMPs.
• Coordinate external CMOs and analytical laboratories to support clinical trials.
• Ensure day-to-day programme activities run smoothly and within budget.
• Review quality and technical documentation and support product-related quality matters during clinical trials.
