Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Facility Manager to lead Integrated Facilities Management at the GSK Montrose pharmaceutical site. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across a highly regulated environment while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, technical, cleaning, grounds, security and workplace services, drive GMP/GxP compliance, and report performance to deliver continuous improvement and contractual KPIs.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong GMP/GxP, quality management systems knowledge.
• Experience managing technical and soft FM services with stakeholder management.
• Degree-level qualification in Engineering or FM; IWFM/Lean Six Sigma/Lead Auditor advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facilities management operations across the site.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, technical, cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, waste and workplace services.
• Drive compliance with GMP, GxP, health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements; support audits and quality initiatives.
• Build partnerships with GSK stakeholders; provide performance reporting and drive continuous improvement across services.
• Manage budgets, contract performance, asset reliability and operational excellence to achieve KPIs.
