Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a group of program managers within the O&I Technology Management team. You will guide large-scale IT initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and services for global customers, coordinating with cross-functional groups and external partners to deliver high-availability platforms.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and risk, and communicate with senior leaders while upholding Visa's standards for security and resiliency.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in technical program management for infrastructure design, development and deployment.
• Experience leading high-availability, high-volume service platforms with lean/agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/MIS with an advanced degree; certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of non-standard HW/SW delivery with cross-functional SMEs.
• Manage end-to-end program scope, budgets, schedules and risk.
• Communicate status and escalations to senior leadership.
• Drive meetings and decisions with virtual teams across time zones.
