Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Technology to lead end-to-end recruiting across software engineering, data & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management.

You will advise technology leaders on hiring strategies and market conditions while partnering with regional HR teams worldwide. The role requires building inclusive pipelines, partnering with marketing and mobility, and driving an exceptional candidate experience through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, delivering market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability trends to steer hiring decisions.
• Define technical competencies with hiring managers across regions to build structured evaluation frameworks and targeted hiring strategies.
• Ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pipeline and elevate employer branding within global tech communities and universities.
• Own end-to-end 360 recruiting across software engineering, data & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management.
• Build high-quality pipelines using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, talent mapping, and referrals.
• Navigate international relocations, visa sponsorships, and cross-border hiring with HR and mobility teams.
• Manage offer structuring, negotiations, and candidate engagement to maximize acceptance rates.
• Champion a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Lead campus recruiting in APAC and potentially scale programs elsewhere.
• Utilize Workday to track KPIs and report on velocity, channel effectiveness, and pipeline health.
