Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive value across non-merchandise spend in the EMEA region. You will partner with stakeholders to balance cost, quality, service and risk while upholding the brand's premium standards.

In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing projects, conduct market analysis, and develop supplier evaluation models. Travel domestically and internationally as required to support procurement initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of end-to-end procurement process and systems.
• Experience in retail, preferably luxury brand.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and category support across indirect procurement.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Prepare negotiation strategies and manage supplier performance.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and e-auctions.
• Develop spend analytics and procurement insights.
