Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in London is seeking a Senior Analyst to join Corporate FP&A, focusing on the consolidation of EMEA financial performance for global reporting, and supporting core FP&A cycles including forecasting, budgeting and planning.

The role will provide insightful ad-hoc analysis for business decision-making and will require strong Excel and modelling skills, with Hyperion experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum 4 full strategic cycles of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes, including consolidation, month/quarter-end close activities, budgeting and forecasting methodologies
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Hyperion or similar financial planning systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outputs within tight reporting, forecasting and planning deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when working with consolidated financial information
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the business drivers behind financial performance and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes
• Comfortable conducting detailed ad-hoc financial and business analysis and responding effectively to time-sensitive business questions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across regions, functions and levels of seniority

Responsibilities

• Consolidate EMEA financial performance for global FP&A submissions
• Coordinate EMEA reporting deliverables and templates
• Support quarter-end, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning
• Partner with FP&A teams across EMEA to validate submissions and understand underlying performance
• Prepare executive presentations and financial decks for senior stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc financial and business analysis to support decision-making
• Support ongoing improvement of FP&A reporting and consolidation processes
