Summary:

Oracle NetSuite's Sales Enablement team prepares sales professionals of all tenure for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud business arena. The onboarding program is designed to train external hires and internal promotes on all things sales and NetSuite, while our ongoing Sales Learning and Development initiative provides everyone the opportunity to grow and up-level any, and all, skills. The end goal being a successful salesperson!

The Sales Enablement team is responsible for training hundreds of sales reps and sales leaders every year - on everything from how to prospect into existing accounts, to conducting business reviews, to how to have industry related value conversations with C-level executives. Because of this programmatic approach, the Sales Enablement team is in a constant state of hiring and training – this is where the Sales Enablement team provides the support necessary to match the needs of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sales training, from new hire onboarding through promotion into sales and beyond
  2. Manage global curriculum for new Sales Rep onboarding and reinforcement training, in both small and large group settings (50+)
  3. Create and deliver content for new initiatives with the help of subject matter experts
  4. Work cross-functionally to gather resources and feedback from Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting Leadership, Global Sales Productivity, and other teams
  5. Execute against a recurring training calendar with audiences ranging from 5 to 50+
  6. Organize large training events 6+ times a year
  7. Develop international strategy for program replication and refinement, starting from North America and implementing in EMEA
  8. Support the EMEA region

Profile:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, including closing experience
  • Tech sales background highly preferred
  • Experience building and delivering training content preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating multiple internal departments
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Strategic problem solving on a global scale
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient to advanced skills in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time and manage competing priorities.

Additional info:

  • Responsible for delivering training on Oracle methodologies or solutions to sales personnel. Ensures high satisfaction levels. Collaborates with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development, and others to develop and deliver training content. Becomes a knowledge expert in designated areas. Facilitates meetings or training sessions. Provides feedback on training effectiveness. Manages the training environment and reports issues. Acts as a consultative resource. Applies real-world examples to aid learning. May pilot new training technologies or techniques. Typically 5+ years of sales or sales consulting experience, with at least 2 years of teaching experience at Oracle or another company. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Candidates will undergo pre-employment screening including identity, employment, and education verification, as well as professional references and qualifications.
