About the role

As the Organisational Change Management Lead, you will be the architect of the human side of this transformation. You’ll define and execute the change strategy, ensuring that our people are informed, engaged, trained, and empowered to adopt new ways of working. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, cultural transformation, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Your responsibilities

- Change Strategy & Planning, developing and leading the end-to-end change management strategy, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and behavioural change.
- Impact Analysis, continuously assess and articulate the impact of the PLM transformation on roles, responsibilities, systems, data management, and organisational structures.
- Communications Leadership, designing and delivering a multi-level, two-way communication plan that keeps stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
- Cultural & Behavioural Change, to define the behavioural shifts required for success and embed them into a cultural change plan aligned with Reckitt’s values and the new operating model.
- Training & Capability Building, partnering with the Training Lead to develop and roll out a comprehensive training programme focused on new skills and ways of working, particularly around Specification Management.
- Change Action Planning, creating and maintaining detailed change action plans, ensuring timely delivery of tollgate milestones and organisational readiness.
- Adoption & Benefits Realisation, to collaborate with deployment teams to drive adoption at site level, track progress, and embed the benefits case across business functions.
- Programme Leadership, to be an integral part of the business programme leadership team, contributing to overall programme planning, risk management, and delivery excellence.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience leading at least one major transformation programme involving significant organisational, behavioural, and cultural change.
- Experience in Organisational Change Management, ideally within technical functions such as R&D, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, with practical experience applying them in complex, global environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural change and deliver outcomes aligned to business cases.
- Collaborative, resilient, and delivery-focused mindset with a passion for enabling people through change.
- Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Organisational Development).
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG, ACMP) is highly desirable.
