Gilead Sciences Limited is seeking a Senior Director of Gilead Patient Solutions Public Affairs to develop and execute an integrated communications and advocacy strategy across nearly 140 countries. The role reports to the Executive Director, Intercontinental Public Affairs, and drives patient-centered access to innovation while strengthening Gilead's reputation globally.

Qualificações

• Significant in-house public affairs, corporate communications, or external affairs experience within a global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated healthcare organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build alignment, influence decision-making, and drive action across functions, regions, and diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with proven ability to develop high-quality executive, internal, and external communications materials.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead strategic public affairs initiatives to support patient-centered access to innovation and public health priorities.
• Lead external communications strategy and ensure message discipline across enterprise, regions, and markets.
• Drive global NGO, advocacy and stakeholder engagement with coordination across markets and functions.
• Proactively identify and manage issues, risk, and reputation; establish governance and response frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal communications and enterprise alignment to embed GPS priorities into organizational narratives.
• Define KPIs, develop dashboards, and oversee governance, budgets, and external partner performance.
