Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations for the global marketing content operation and Agency G.
• Translate strategy into practical workflows, standards, roles, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across brand teams, global/local markets, agencies, and enabling functions.
• Ensure operating practices reflect a highly regulated environment with proper review and approval pathways.
• Improve delivery performance, operational visibility, and adoption of fit-for-purpose technology and AI.
