Job summary

ASOS is seeking an experienced Payroll specialist to join the PX Shared Service team in London. You will own end-to-end payroll processes for UK and international payrolls, act as escalation point, and train teammates while ensuring timely, accurate payslips.

You will work with Tech, Finance and Legal to implement changes and drive continuous improvement, all while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing for UK and international payrolls.
• Be an escalation point for day-to-day payroll queries.
• Train the wider payroll team on best practices and processes.
• Collaborate with Tech, Finance, Treasury and Legal to ensure accurate payroll data.
