About this role

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency across a global P2P team
• Define and execute strategies to enhance scalability and effectiveness
• Ensure operational excellence aligning with Finance objectives through best practices, automation, and digital transformation
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLA delivery
• Lead and motivate a multi-functional team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and procurement teams
• Manage resources for productivity, support business needs, and develop talent strategies
• Operate with cost-consciousness
• Implement risk mitigation and manage legal/regulatory concerns, influencing policy development
• Collaborate on technology adoption to streamline operations
• Stay updated on finance technology and assess system opportunities
• Lead audit preparedness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and experience:

• Extensive P2P process, policy, risk, compliance, and control experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing leadership
• Proven leadership in managing P2P operations across geographies
• Experience in process optimization, data analysis, and operational performance
• Knowledge of finance technology and operating models
• Experience in complex global organizations and project management
• Ability to translate strategy into operational excellence
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
