A global energy solutions provider is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to manage the international assignment lifecycle for employees. The role involves ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations and collaborating with teams to facilitate seamless mobility experiences. What you’ll do:
Manage and support the international assignment lifecycle for employees across multiple countries, including large volume moves within the global events arena
Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations throughout the assignment process
Collaborate with people, finance, legal teams, and external vendors to deliver a seamless mobility experience
Initiate and coordinate vendor services, create assignment letters, resolve employee issues, and manage policies
Coordinate operational support including expat tax and social security policy administration, cost estimates, and relocation support
Process all required Posted Worker Notifications across Europe in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Serve as the primary contact for employees, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout the relocation process
Handle day-to-day immigration issues, including visa and work permit application processing to ensure compliance
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in global mobility, international HR, or related roles
Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment laws related to international assignments
Experience working with global mobility vendors and service providers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in mobility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
