The role focuses on synthetic testing, latency measurement and large-scale data aggregation, transforming performance data into global latency views and actionable health insights, with a strong emphasis on Go, Rust, C++ and real-time pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-performance, latency-sensitive systems at scale.
• Background in globally distributed, real-time systems or large-scale data infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Go, Rust or C++ and proficiency in Python/Java/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for globally distributed synthetic testing of market data flows.
• Develop aggregation layers to process large-scale latency data.
• Create global latency views and health dashboards.
• Analyse distributed data to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Improve monitoring, diagnostics and operational visibility.
• Contribute to architecture and development of a new platform from scratch.
