About the role
As the Sr. Global Manager – EHS, you will lead the global EHS program for datacenter physical security operations. You will develop systems, policies, training, and cultural initiatives to protect people and reduce risks. Managing a geographically dispersed team, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including client EHS leadership.
This role is ideal for a senior leader experienced in global EHS operations, risk prevention, safety culture transformation, and managing large teams.
What you’ll do
Lead the strategic development and execution of a global EHS program supporting datacenter security operations. Oversee a distributed team, ensuring compliance and promoting safety culture. Create policies, define KPIs, conduct risk assessments, manage emergency planning, and drive safety improvements. Mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, investigate incidents, and manage client relationships to meet safety and service expectations.
What you need to apply
Possess a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, or equivalent experience, with relevant safety certifications. Have 15 years of progressive EHS leadership experience, with a background in global safety programs and compliance. Experience in datacenter environments and working with security vendors is a plus.
Demonstrate strong leadership of global teams, strategic program management, and excellent communication skills. Proven ability to influence safety culture and align EHS with business goals. Willing to travel 30%, with a valid passport, and flexible to work evenings or weekends during emergencies. Must have reliable communication and transportation means, legal right to work, and proficiency in English.
