Job Description

As part of a global team, our Customer Analysts deliver analytically driven customer insights to stakeholders across countries to inform strategic and investment decisions. Using internal and external customer data, you will generate insights to help the company understand consumers, increase engagement, and improve sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead analytical projects such as NPS driver analysis, financial impact analysis, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Create ongoing customer behavior insights to support decision-making.
  • Utilize customer data including booking, digital, demographic, NPS, feedback, and engagement data.
  • Apply analytical techniques to generate insights and translate them into actionable business stories.
  • Collaborate with CX and CRM teams, leveraging your understanding of customer feedback metrics and statistical techniques.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across various business areas.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in analytical roles, with knowledge of CX, Marketing, CRM preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Knowledge of dashboarding tools like Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international, cross-functional team.
  • Strategic thinking and complex problem analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with commercial awareness.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of German, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus.
