Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Environmental Services Team across the UK and Ireland. You will lead complex desk studies, interpret geotechnical reports, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically excellent and sustainable infrastructure projects.

You will mentor graduates and junior engineers while advancing digital workflows and data tools to sharpen ground investigation and design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or near completion with ICE or Geological Society preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex desk studies and interpretative geotechnical reports.
• Analyze sophisticated geotechnical structures and contribute to design.
• Mentor graduates and junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate ground risk into design insight.
