Role Overview:
KPMG UK seeks a Senior GenAI Engineer to develop and deploy generative AI models, support project delivery, and collaborate on impactful AI solutions. You will design AI systems, manage teams, and ensure AI models are integrated into client environments securely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement generative AI models to solve client challenges. Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists. Create PoCs, MVPs, and full AI projects.
2. Client Project Delivery & Team Management: Support project delivery, manage and mentor AI teams, and work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
3. Coding & Implementation: Develop high-quality AI models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, and Snowflake. Manage deployment and CI/CD processes.
4. Data Management & Integration: Work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, security, and integration, complying with governance standards.
5. Business Development & Practice Building: Identify AI opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to expanding KPMG's AI capabilities.
6. Ethical and Secure AI deployment: Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical standards in AI projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and certifications are valuable.
