Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead GP to provide medical leadership and expert advice on medical and primary care issues. You will chair meetings, benchmark practice, and ensure systems for results, letters, and tasks are in place.

You will support local QA, recruitment of new GPs, induction of new GPs, peer review and clinical supervision, and escalation processes for poor performance.
