We are looking for a passionate Senior General Manager to lead the team at our flagship site – Casa do Frango London Bridge.

Casa do Frango London Bridge is a 200+ cover dining space set across two floors, welcoming 3000+ guests each week. The site also contains a charming private dining room and the Green Room – a 45-cover speakeasy bar. It is our flagship site that opened in 2018 to rave reviews from the likes of Jay Rayner and Marina O’Loughlin.

Offer:
  • Salary of £70,000 – 75,000 (please read the requirements below before applying)
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a previous General Manager role – please note, that unfortunately we will not be considering first-time GM candidates or those with less than 3 years experience in a GM role
  • Experience operating high volume, high revenue sites, averaging £100k+ net per week
  • Obsessed with guest experience and delivering best-in-class hospitality to each guest. We are looking for a hands-on, floor-based GM, leading the team from the front
  • Excellent people management skills, with empathy and professionalism. Comfortable with difficult conversations, balancing compassion and discipline, and earning team respect to establish a positive culture
  • Proficient in managing a team of heads of department, delegating, overseeing, and following up on responsibilities. Able to judge ability and areas for improvement, developing HODs to ensure smooth operation
  • Expertise in recruitment, team development, and progression. Skilled in training across all restaurant areas
  • Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot issues early, especially related to guest experience and team management
  • Relentless dedication to quality and consistency, constantly driving improvement and proposing solutions
  • Experience managing all restaurant areas: dining room, kitchen, bar, reception/reservations, events
  • Expertise in managing P&L: driving revenue through covers, SPH, reservations, events, local engagement, and controlling costs through labor, GP, and other expenses
  • Diligent in maintaining property, facilities, maintenance, and cleanliness standards
