I am currently working with a great Leisure venue who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior General Manager to support the GM in leading our popular leisure venue. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in operational management, sales, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring seamless functioning from open to close
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, P&Ls, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Develop and execute innovative revenue-driving strategies across all operational departments
  • Manage high-profile client relationships and ensure all contractual obligations are met
  • Lead the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and securing bookings
  • Actively promote services to local businesses and explore new sales opportunities
  • Inspire and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Provide guidance, facilitate training, and develop staff to elevate operational and service standards
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost control while maintaining service quality
  • Curate and oversee social media content in line with company standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community and businesses

Qualifications and Experience

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and weekdays
  • Mix of 10-hour and 8-hour shifts to ensure comprehensive operational coverage
