Qualifications

• Senior-level general counsel with hands-on licensing and regulatory expertise.
• Proven track record negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
• Experience advising boards and managing cross‑jurisdictional legal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK FCA licensing processes and other regulatory engagements.
• Draft and negotiate client and vendor agreements, licensing terms and inter‑group contracts.
• Oversee corporate governance, board papers and secretarial duties for multi-entity group.
• Partner with product, engineering and finance to embed legal input early in development.
• Manage external counsel and maintain the contract repository across jurisdictions.
