Job summary

kast.xyz is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in London. The role combines corporate law with fintech and crypto широк expertise, handling complex commercial contracts, governance, and strategic transactions.

The successful candidate will navigate regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, manage outside counsel relationships, and provide practical legal guidance to product, finance, HR, and operations teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Education: J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth in-house environment.
• Domain: Fintech, payments, or crypto/web3 expertise is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including crypto and payments contracts.
• Oversee governance for US and international entities, including board secretarial duties and entity formations/dissolutions.
• Lead end-to-end legal support for fundraising rounds and M&A with due diligence and data room oversight.
• Advise internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal issues and refine internal templates and playbooks.
