Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive ML products and AI lenses for Snapchat. You will focus on image and video generation, editing, and large language models, delivering consumer-facing features rapidly.

Collaborate with product, software, lens content, and data science teams to prototype and productionize models, monitor performance, and iterate via user feedback. Office-based role with a 4+ days/week in the office, in line with Snap’s default-together policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics or statistics (or equivalent years of engineering experience).
• Strong background in ML and deep learning foundations.
• Proficient in Python or C++ and able to prototype quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML products and AI Lenses for Snapchat users, focusing on image/video generation and editing and LLMs.
• Build AR experiences using diffusion/flow matching models and GenAI pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, Lens Content and Data Science teams to prototype, integrate models, and run A/B tests.
