Job summary

Rise & Fall is a UK-based startup redefining luxury apparel with sustainability at its core. This Senior Garment Technologist role oversees technical integrity across menswear and womenswear, driving fit, construction, and continuous improvement in garment production.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product Development and Technical Lead to own garment technology across knitwear, jersey, wovens, leather, and outerwear, ensuring quality fits and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Solid garment technology experience across multiple product categories.
• Expertise in garment construction, pattern amendments, fit and manufacturing.
• Strong fabric and raw materials knowledge.
• Bias to action and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fit and sealing process for final product fits.
• Develop technical strategy and vision for fit and construction.
• Update tech packs with fit comments and vendor specs.
• Admin measuring samples, preparing for fit sessions, archiving protos.
• Join weekly meetings to meet critical path deadlines.
• Be the technical point of contact for manufacturing partners.
• Approve testing, care labels, trims, and sign off technical docs.
• Review AQL inspection reports and raise concerns.
