Fella and Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global contemporary luxury womenswear brand in the search for a Senior Garment Technologist specializing in womenswear. You will work closely with the in-house team and external manufacturers from prototype to delivery, collaborating daily with designers to develop products, plan, and run all fit meetings.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with the Head of Design and other key product and sales teams to ensure all technical elements are delivered effectively.

• Manage tech packs for new styles, including consumptions and construction notes
• Collaborate with the production team to develop CADs and prototypes
• Possess excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
• Understand testing, analyze test reports, and garment care
• Have strong knowledge of women’s RTW, ideally at a luxury level
• Pre-empt and resolve potential production issues in line with the critical path
• Significant experience working within a luxury retailer, supplier, or manufacturer
