Job Description:

Fella and Jones are partnering with a Global Contemporary Luxury Womenswear brand to find a Senior Garment Technologist. Based in London, this role offers a highly competitive salary and a generous package.

You will work closely with the in-house team and external manufacturers from prototype to delivery, collaborating daily with designers to develop products and manage fit meetings. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll coordinate with the Head of Design and other product and sales teams to ensure technical excellence.

• Manage tech packs for new styles, including consumptions and construction notes
• Collaborate with production to develop CADs and prototypes
• Possess excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
• Understand testing processes and analyze test reports and garment care
• Have strong knowledge of women's RTW, ideally at a luxury level
• Pre-empt and resolve potential production issues aligned with the critical path
• Extensive experience within a luxury retailer, supplier, or manufacturer
