Responsibilities:

1. Support the Design Team in the development of accurate prototype specifications.
2. Ensure products meet business standards and act as a key liaison between design, buyers, and suppliers.
3. Ensure all garments are produced to specification, cost, and quality standards.
4. Execute standards and blocks around quality and fit for denim products.
5. Drive development and innovation in the denim category.

Qualifications:

1. Strong technical knowledge of garment production, quality control, and supply chain management.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
3. Experience collaborating with suppliers, both domestically and internationally.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems).
