Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Senior Garment Technologist to join a growing outdoor sportswear brand in Liverpool. You will ensure the fit is consistent with the brand’s standards while maintaining quality and performance across product ranges.

The role requires a minimum of four years’ technical experience, with responsibilities including block library development, tech pack updates, weekly fit sessions, and supplier collaboration to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Developing a block library and grade rules across all categories
• Creating and maintaining size charts within tech packs
• Updating tech packs with fit comments, construction methods, and technical feedback for suppliers
• Managing weekly fit sessions across all categories
• Monitoring seasonal critical path deadlines and collaborating with suppliers to prevent delays
• Assessing samples to ensure quality standards are met
• Overseeing product testing with suppliers
• Approving QC reports, AQL reports, and wash care labels

We are looking for a Senior Garment Technologist to join a growing outdoor sportswear brand based in Liverpool. Due to their fast expansion, they are seeking a Senior Garment Technologist to strengthen their team and refine the technical quality of their products. You will be ensuring the fit is consistent with the brands standards whilst maintaining the quality and performance standards across product ranges.
