Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reliability characterisation experiments.
• Develop GaN device reliability models.
• Write reliability application notes and white papers.
• Liaise with electrical engineers for characterisation systems.

Skills

Expert knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability

Good knowledge of statistical methods

Good communication and presentation skills

Pro-active by nature

Education

Degree in relevant engineering or science subject

Tools

Software such as JMP, Minitab or Python
