Job description

To provide technical support regarding machine faults, diagnosis, installations, and preventative maintenance.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Organising technicians within the casino to manage daily service calls related to gaming equipment faults effectively.
• Providing regular updates on regional issues to the gaming product support manager and club management.
• Serving as the first point of contact for technicians seeking advice on resolving issues.
• Keeping internal customers informed at all stages of progress regarding machine faults.
• Monitoring machine accounting systems, maintaining security procedures, and supporting the casino as needed.
• Anticipating machine faults, proactively addressing them, and reporting back to the gaming product support manager.
• Adhering to company SLA targets for gaming equipment repairs.
• Ensuring preventative maintenance is performed within the club and maintaining appropriate records.
• Ensuring technicians comply with legislation and company procedures related to Health and Safety at all times.
• Acting as the first point of contact within the club and assisting with equipment installations and gaming floor moves when required.
• Supporting the gaming product support manager with project work beneficial to all technicians.
• Performing any other duties reasonably requested.
