Rockstar Games in Dundee, Scotland, is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead and grow our Game Security team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on protecting live-service titles from cheaters, vulnerabilities and exploits, while shaping security strategy across the studio.

You will design processes, mentor a cross-functional team, and partner with product management, production and analytics to evolve enforcement and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions.
• 3+ years leading high performing teams, especially across geographies.
• Experience supporting live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer games.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable operational objectives.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; build resilient teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage subject matter expertise to develop and support anti-cheat initiatives and protect live titles.
• Lead, mentor and manage a cross-functional team in day-to-day anti-cheat operations.
• Set team priorities, allocate resources, and plan for future growth.
• Establish standardized operational processes, tools and practices.
• Collaborate with analytics to monitor risks and performance indicators.
• Partner with product management, production, and leadership on technology and process advancements.
