Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of FX options trading experience with a strong risk management mindset.
• Experience identifying revenue growth opportunities and macro product ideas.
• Strong supervisory experience and ensuring compliance with global and regional supervisory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and structuring teams to build client strategies across our global FX client base.
• Work closely with FX Options traders across EMEA and global regions to share market insights and coordinate positioning.
• Ensure regional FX Options trading strategies, risk appetite, and business initiatives align with firm-wide objectives and market opportunities, with accountability for individual and team P&L.
