Nomura in London seeks an experienced Operational Risk Manager (GM) to lead the risk framework for Global Markets operations. You will oversee risk governance, partner with Front Office COO and 2LOD teams, and deliver risk insights to senior management across Operations, Technology and Compliance.

In this role you will develop risk reporting, frameworks and tools, drive an embedded risk culture, and provide independent guidance on risk issues while aligning with Nomura's global risk framework.

Formación

• Experience in Front Office COO or 1LOD risk and control roles within Global Markets Trading Business.
• Proven ability to advise and challenge senior management on risk matters.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Developing the operational risk strategy and governance framework.
• Leading engagement with regional Trading Senior Management and senior stakeholders across Ops, Tech, Compliance and Risk.
• Delivering risk guidance, independent risk views and risk mitigation collaboration.
